Included 15mm hole pattern for mounting the components on the acetyl plates

Added pass through holes through the back mounting plate

Modeled in a more accurate block jetson nx holder

Added mounting holes for the hydrophone plate mounting

Edited the imu holder to be taller and interface with 16mm screws
