Dvl from the ground is about 0.3 inches from the ground (this is with a leg height of 5 inches)

In the intermediate design the dvl is 1.631 inches underneath the bottom face of the feet of the sub. This is with the same length and height of 5 inches. This difference in height from the floor to the DVL is caused by centering the battery enclosures underneath the electronics enclosure and therefore needing to mount it lower on the sub as seen below:
