20210123 Determining mounting location of Gripper

Instead of using a servo to power the claw, we decided to utilize the Newton Subsea Gripper we had on hand and modify the jaws according to the competition mission elements.

To make maneuvering and manipulating game pieces, we decided to mount the gripper to the inside of the outer railing of the sub, near the center.

This mounting location lets us work around the legs of the sub and get clear access to the game elements during runs.
